Apple has released a long awaited tablet which had been hailed by us as a “Jesus Tablet” – now officially named the iPad, a device to fill the gap between laptops and mobiles.

Its 9.7-inch display is significantly bigger than what we were expecting. Best suited for mobile video-watching, book-reading, game-playing, photo-browsing, music-listening, web-surfing, and email-emailing device. According to Apple’s iPhone software guru, Scott Forstall, iPad will run all the iphone applications without any modification.
